Questions

Across the Sacramento metro the aim is 30 to 60 minutes on an emergency. Antelope, Citrus Heights and Roseville are at the short end because they are closest to home base. Call volume and where you are both move the number, so treat it as an aim rather than a guarantee.

Leak Detection Plumbing FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Most leak detection jobs run $390 to $475. A service call on its own starts at $75. The detection is a flat diagnostic fee that comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. Cash or check.

Yes. Electronic detection equipment and pressure testing locate the leak before anything is opened, so the repair is a small hole in a known spot. Jordan has been doing this for 15+ years.
Water Heaters Plumbing FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

It depends on the water, the use and the maintenance. Rather than quote a number that may not match your unit, Jordan will look at yours and tell you honestly how much life is left in it.
It depends on household size, usage and budget. Tankless costs more up front and may need changes to gas or venting. Jordan will tell you which he would put in his own house and why.
Call as soon as you see it. A leaking tank does not stop leaking, and the damage is usually worse than the heater. Whether it gets done the same day depends on what the day already looks like, so call and ask rather than assume either way.
Sewer & Drain Plumbing FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

When they tell you. Slow drains, gurgling, or a clog that keeps coming back are the signals. A camera inspection tells you whether it is a clearing job or something in the line.
A trenchless way to replace a sewer line. A new pipe is pulled through the old one, breaking the old pipe outward as it goes, so the yard is not trenched end to end. It is an option when the ground and the line allow it.
Yes, and it is the first step on every sewer job. You watch the footage with Jordan before anyone talks about money.
