Jordan is a master at his craft! He’s the kind of person who takes the time to explain not only what needs to be fixed, but also why and how he’s going to fix it all without breaking the bank. It’s hard to find honest people these days who genuinely want to help homeowners. I’ve had him come out multiple times to fix plumbing issues, and every experience has been professional and stress free. The pump hums but won't move water. The heater won't light. Or the pool keeps dropping and you're topping it up every few days. Most pool problems come back to the plumbing and the equipment pad, and that's the work Platinum Pipe Solutions does.

Jordan finds the problem first, gives you the price, then fixes it. Some repairs have to happen in the water, and he does those too. Service calls start at $75, and the price you get before the work is the price you pay.

Pool plumbing line repair

Cracked fittings and broken lines between the pool and the equipment pad lose water every day. Jordan pressure tests the lines to find the bad one, then repairs it in one spot instead of digging along the whole run.

Pool pump, filter and heater repair

If the pump won't prime, the filter pressure is off, or the heater won't fire, Jordan finds out which part failed and prices the repair and the replacement side by side.

Skimmer and return line repair
