Jordan is a master at his craft! He’s the kind of person who takes the time to explain not only what needs to be fixed, but also why and how he’s going to fix it all without breaking the bank. It’s hard to find honest people these days who genuinely want to help homeowners. I’ve had him come out multiple times to fix plumbing issues, and every experience has been professional and stress free. I truly appreciate the hard work, honesty, and professionalism. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Is a tankless water heater right for your house?

A tank keeps a reservoir of water hot all day. A tankless unit heats water only as it flows through, so it doesn't run out in the middle of the third shower. The trade-off is a higher price up front, and in many houses some work on the gas line and the venting to fit it.

Whether it pays off comes down to two things: does your household run out of hot water now, and can the gas line and a vent route support the unit. Jordan checks both and tells you which one he'd put in, with a price for the tankless install and a price for a new tank side by side.

What a tankless install involves

The unit mounts on a wall. Then come the water connections, the gas connection, and the vent, which has to run outside. Isolation valves go in under the unit so it can be serviced later without shutting off the whole house. If the wall has to be opened, it gets patched.

Tankless water heater repair

No hot water, water that swings between hot and cold, or an error code on the display are common reasons to call. Jordan finds out whether it's a part or the unit, and gives you the repair price and the replacement price before anything is touched. Tank water heaters are covered on the water heater repair page.
