Sewer and Drain Services in Sacramento: Cleaning, Inspection and Repair

Every sewer and drain job with Platinum Pipe Solutions starts the same way: a camera goes down the line and you watch the footage with Jordan before anyone talks about money. The diagnosis is something you can see, not something you're asked to trust.

From there it's whatever the line actually needs. Often that's clearing a clog or cutting back roots. Sometimes it's a spot repair. Occasionally it's replacing a section. The camera decides which, and the quote follows the camera, never the other way around.

Jordan has 15+ years in the trade and does the work himself. Licensed C-36, #1145559, insured.

How We Handle
Your Sewer & Drain Needs

01

Camera Inspection

A camera goes into the line to find the actual cause: roots, buildup, a break, an offset. You see the footage.

02

Diagnosis and Price

Jordan explains what the camera showed and what the options are, with a price for each, before any work starts.

03

Clear or Repair

The least invasive method that will solve the problem for good. A clog gets cleared. A broken section gets repaired. A line that's truly failed gets replaced, and you'll have seen why.

04

Camera Again

After the work, the camera goes back in to confirm the line is clear and the repair is sound. You see that too.

Frequently Asked
Questions

It depends entirely on what the camera finds, which is why the camera goes in first. Service calls start at $75. The camera inspection carries a flat diagnostic fee that's credited if you go ahead with the repair. The repair itself is quoted after you've seen the footage, and the quote is the price.
Grease in kitchen lines, hair and soap in bathroom lines, roots finding their way into sewer pipes, and things flushed that shouldn't have been. The camera tells you which one you have, so nothing gets guessed at.
A trenchless way to replace a sewer line. A new pipe is pulled through the old one, breaking the old pipe outward as it goes, so the yard doesn't have to be trenched end to end. It's an option when the ground and the line allow it, and the camera inspection tells you whether they do.
Yes. If you're buying a house, or you have a recurring slow drain and want to know why, a camera inspection is the honest way to find out before anyone recommends anything.
